Wouters Cutting & Welding will be present at Machineering with several innovative sheet metal fabrication solutions for cutting, welding and more. Several of these we will show for the first time at the fair. For example, the DRM Max (MicroStep), i.e. a combination machine for cutting, milling and drilling, and the RoboRail (HGG), a compact all-in-one robotic plasma cutting machine that allows you to quickly and accurately process various materials to length.

Heavy-duty CNC cutting, drilling and milling

MicroStep's DRM Max CNC cutting, drilling and milling machine is a reliable machine of interest for heavy-duty applications in offshore, machine building and construction, among others. It has a robust portal with double beams, and an independent sub-portal that carries the powerful spindle over a 750 mm wide drilling and milling area.

The DRM Max can process a variety of workpieces, including domes up to a height of 1,500 mm - a 3D laser scanner and mScan technology compensate for possible deviations from real domes to achieve excellent precision.

The machine on display at the show is equipped with:

• Plasmarotator
• Oxyfuel rotator
• Scanner (integrated in oxyfuel rotator)
• Drilling and milling unit with automatic calibration station

Compact robotic plasma cutter

Wouters Cutting & Welding has been cooperating with HGG since last year. This world leader in 3D profile technology developed the new RoboRail. This compact plasma cutter can quickly and precisely machine various materials to length (saw cuts, headers, holes, layout marks and others).

Robust, precise plasma cutting machine

The robust Swift-Cut XP plasma cutting machine (3,000 x 1,500 mm or 4,000 x 2,000 mm) can be equipped with a water table or a filter unit. Thanks to the heavy gantry, it can cut up to 40 mm, and the raised bridge allows cutting of tubes up to 125 mm. AC servo motors guarantee optimum accuracy over all axes.

The XP uses the SwiftCAM software - advanced version (automatic nesting).

Compact, flexible robot welding station

The compact robotic welding solution PEMA Skytrack can be quickly and easily integrated into the production process and provides flexibility and scalability. It combines advanced robotics, intelligent software and advanced welding technology for high quality and efficient welding - just connect and weld. A perfect solution as a first welding robot, or to expand existing welding capabilities.
